한탄抹樓(마루)

한탄강의 자연을 품은 이 복합문화시설은 네 개의 그라운드로 구성되어 공간마다 특화된 기능과 조망을 담아낸다. 보행자와 차량 동선을 명확히 분리하여 안전성을 확보하였고, 시설 이용자의 특성을 고려한 프로그램 배치를 통해 혼재 없이 유기적인 흐름을 유도한다. 중심의 중정 마당은 다양한 세대가 함께하는 커뮤니티의 장소로, 주변의 데크와 외부 계단은 상층부와 자연스럽게 연결되어 열린 구조를 형성한다. 자연, 사람, 프로그램이 조화롭게 어우러진 이 건축은 연천 지역의 새로운 중심이자, 모두를 위한 열린 플랫폼이 될 것이다.

Embracing the nature of the Hantan River, this complex cultural facility consists of four grounds, capturing specialized functions and views in each space. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic are clearly separated to ensure safety, and program placement considering the characteristics of facility users induces an organic flow without congestion. The central courtyard serves as a community space where various generations come together, while surrounding decks and external stairs connect naturally to the upper levels, forming an open structure. This architecture, where nature, people, and programs harmonize, will become a new center for the Yeoncheon area and an open platform for everyone.
