모든 교실에 남쪽의 빛과 공원의 사계절을 담다 “Green Frame”

'모든 교실에 가장 좋은 환경을 예외 없이 주도록 하자!' 그 결과로 '모든 교실을 남향으로, 모든 창을 공원으로' 열어 주었습니다. 거모1중학교는 남측의 드넓은 공원을 학생들의 교실로 끌어들이는 거대한 'GREEN FRAME(그린 프레임)'으로 계획하였습니다. 대지의 형상을 따라 배치된 3개의 교사동은 모든 교실이 정남향의 따스한 빛을 받고 공원의 사계절을 온전히 누릴 수 있습니다.

건물 중앙의 실내광장은 천창의 자연광을 1층까지 끌어들이는 소통의 중심으로, 도서실 및 각 층 홈베이스와 연결되어 학생들이 교류하며 창의성을 발현하는 복합 커뮤니티 공간으로 작동합니다. 학교숲은 도시 소음을 차단하는 녹지이자 남측 공원으로 이어지는 녹색 축의 시작점으로서, 학생과 주민 모두에게 쉼터를 제공합니다.

‘Let us provide the best environment to every classroom without exception!’ As a result, every classroom was opened to the south, and every window was opened toward the park. Geomo 1 Middle School was planned as a massive ‘GREEN FRAME’ that draws the vast park on the south into the students’ classrooms. The three school buildings, arranged along the shape of the site, allow every classroom to receive warm, true-south light and fully enjoy the four seasons of the park.

The indoor plaza at the center of the building is a hub of communication that draws natural light from the skylight down to the first floor. It connects to the library and the home bases on each floor, functioning as a complex community space where students interact and express their creativity. The school forest serves as a green space that blocks urban noise and as the starting point of the green axis leading to the southern park, providing a shelter for both students and residents.
