THE TRIPLE LINK-SCAPE : 경계를 넘어, 가치를 잇는 3중주 풍경

우리는 이 프로젝트를 함열의 도시 조직과 자연 흐름을 잇는 새로운 '연결 고리(Link)'로 정의합니다. 서측의 함열중학교와 기존의 마을가로, 동측의 신설 예정인 도시 가로가 주는 생활의 축, 그리고 대지가 가진 경사 지형의 잠재력을 하나로 엮어내는 작업에서 출발합니다. 'THE TRIPLE LINK-SCAPE'는 대지를 가로지르는 물리적 제약(경사지)을 3개의 기능적 켜(Layer)로 치환하여 해결합니다. 북측은 기능을 집약하여 효율을 높이고, 중앙은 대지를 들어 올려 주거의 쾌적성을 확보하며, 남측은 길을 열어 지역과 소통합니다. 자연과 도시, 그리고 사람을 잇는 이 입체적인 풍경 속에서 함열의 새로운 주거 풍경을 제안합니다.

We define this project as a new 'Link' that connects the urban fabric and natural flow of Hamyeol. It starts with the task of weaving together the life axis provided by Hamyeol Middle School and the existing village street to the west, the planned urban street to the east, and the potential of the site's sloping topography. 'THE TRIPLE LINK-SCAPE' solves the physical constraint crossing the site (the slope) by substituting it with three functional layers. The north side concentrates functions to increase efficiency, the center lifts the ground to ensure residential comfort, and the south side opens a path to communicate with the community. Within this three-dimensional landscape that connects nature, the city, and people, we propose a new residential landscape for Hamyeol.
